About ConnectWiz

We got tired of eleven tabs. So we built one.

ConnectWiz comes from years of actually running customer communication for real businesses — the missed WhatsApp messages, the review nobody saw, the "sorry, wrong department" transfers. We built the tool we kept wishing existed.

The story

Built from the support floor up

Most communication platforms are designed in a boardroom and priced in a spreadsheet. ConnectWiz was designed in the inbox — by people who have personally answered the 2 a.m. WhatsApp message, chased the angry Google review, and explained to a boss why the AI bill tripled.

So we rebuilt the whole category from scratch: one conversation model that treats a phone call, a DM and a review as the same thing — a customer talking to you. An AI agent that acts like a careful employee, not a confident intern. And pricing you can read in one sitting.

We’re an independent, product-obsessed team. No legacy codebase, no acquired-and-abandoned modules — every feature on this site was built in-house, on one modern stack, tested on every release.

22 channels

Messaging, email, reviews and calls — one conversation contract for all of them.

5 AI providers

A marketplace, not a lock-in — pick your model, or bring your own key.

52 locales

Built multilingual and RTL-ready from the first commit, not localized later.

4,300+ tests

Every release ships through a wall of automated tests. Boring on purpose.

What we believe

Four opinions we won’t compromise

Honest pricing is a feature

Public prices, prepaid AI, no markup on your WhatsApp bill. If a business model needs a footnote to survive, it’s the wrong model.

AI serves humans

Wiz makes your team faster and your nights quieter. It never becomes a wall between your customers and a real person.

Your data, your keys, your exit

Your WABA is yours. Your AI key can be yours. Your data exports with a click. Products should win by being good, not by being sticky.

Shipped beats promised

We publish honest statuses — "in review" means in review, not marketing. If it’s on the site as available, it’s in the product.

Global by design

Made for teams whose customers don’t share a timezone

From day one, ConnectWiz was architected for many languages, many currencies of expectation, and scripts that run right to left. Not translated as an afterthought — built that way.

  • 52 interface locales, including Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu
  • Channels that matter regionally: LINE, Zalo, WeChat, Viber alongside the global ones
  • Compliance that travels: GDPR for Europe, KVKK & İYS for Türkiye
  • AI that answers in the customer’s language, whatever your team speaks

We’re small, fast and listening

Early customers talk directly to the people building the product — and it shows in how quickly the roadmap moves. If you want a say in what a communication platform should be, this is the right decade to join.

Say hello

Receipts, not slogans

How "honest" shows up in the product

Badges that flip on shipping

Every channel and integration page carries its real status — live, early access, in review, soon — and a badge flips the day the thing ships, not the day the ad runs. The Shopify page is the standing example.

Refusals in writing

The things we deliberately don’t do — read medical records, close other systems’ tasks, guess identities for ad platforms — are documented decisions, published on the pages where you’d expect the feature.

Docs are part of "done"

A feature without its user guide, API reference and changelog isn’t finished by our own definition — documentation is in the definition of done, not a sprint afterthought.

One API, ours and yours

The platform is specified in one OpenAPI contract our own apps are generated from — the API we sell can’t drift from the API we run on.
