Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. The agreement

By creating a ConnectWiz account or using connectwiz.net, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the security of your credentials, and the actions of users you invite. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. Seats are for named individuals; credentials must not be shared.

3. Acceptable use

Use ConnectWiz to communicate with people who expect to hear from you. Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, unlawful content and attempts to breach other tenants' isolation are prohibited. You must honor opt-outs and comply with the rules of each connected channel (including Meta’s WhatsApp policies) and applicable marketing law (including GDPR, KVKK and İYS requirements).

4. Third-party channels

Channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram are operated by third parties under their own terms and fees. You connect your own accounts (for example your WhatsApp Business Account) and remain responsible for compliance with those platforms. Channel providers may change or withdraw APIs; we will adapt in good faith but do not control them.

5. AI features

AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong. You configure what the AI may answer and remain responsible for messages sent from your workspace, whether typed by an agent or generated by AI. AI usage draws on prepaid credits or your own provider key (BYOK); provider terms apply to BYOK usage.

6. Billing

Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually, until cancelled. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Wallet top-ups are consumed by usage as metered in the panel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; taxes are added where required.

7. Your data

You own your content: conversations, contacts, knowledge bases and files. We process it to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data; on termination we delete it on a fixed schedule.

8. Availability and support

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care. Business-plan and Enterprise SLAs are defined in their respective order forms. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ConnectWiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
