Getting started
Setup & basics
Most teams connect their first channel and see live conversations within an hour. The web chat widget is one script tag; Telegram is a bot token; WhatsApp uses Meta’s embedded signup or a QR link; Instagram and Messenger connect with a Facebook login.
No. Connecting channels, training the AI, building flows and sending campaigns are all point-and-click. Developers are only needed if you want to use the REST API or webhooks for custom integrations.
Yes. Import contacts by CSV with field mapping and duplicate detection, re-connect your channels (WhatsApp numbers move with you because the WABA is yours), and retrain Wiz by crawling the same docs. Our team helps with larger migrations.
Yes — native apps on the App Store and Google Play. Agents get real-time push for assignments and mentions, reply with saved responses and media, and answer calls with a native call screen.
The agent panel and widget are built for 52 locales including right-to-left languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu). Wiz detects and answers in your customer’s language automatically — 52 languages — and agents get two-way translation.
Yes — the visual flow builder runs on every inbound channel with 27 node types: messages, buttons, in-chat forms, AI steps, CRM reads and writes, bookings, commerce, and consent guards drawn on the canvas itself. Flows can wait days between steps and are tested with real dry-runs before publishing.
Yes. Booking lets agents, the AI, flows and website visitors book against one availability truth — with double-booking blocked at the database level and Google/Outlook/Apple calendars synced two-way. Commerce gives you a full product catalog feeding the AI, an in-chat shop, shopping feeds and a public API, with two-way WooCommerce sync.
WooCommerce and WordPress, Zendesk (a two-way ticket bridge), email service providers (Resend, Brevo, Mailchimp), SMS gateways (Twilio, NetGSM), three calendar providers, Meta’s Conversions API, Türkiye’s İYS registry — plus a public Commerce API and secured webhooks for developers. The integrations page describes each one by what it really does, direction and ownership included.
Channels & WhatsApp
The channel questions
Two ways: the official WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta’s embedded signup (a few clicks, your own WhatsApp Business Account), or linking an existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code. Either way the number stays yours and Meta bills you directly — ConnectWiz adds no per-message fees.
The channel itself is a plan feature (included on Business, $19/month add-on on Pro). Message fees are Meta’s official rates, billed by Meta to your own payment method — most customer-initiated service conversations are free under Meta’s current pricing. We add zero markup and zero surcharge.
Yes — that’s the point of the model. The WhatsApp Business Account and number belong to you, not to us. Leaving ConnectWiz is a re-connection elsewhere, not a hostage negotiation.
TikTok messaging and comments (code-complete, awaiting TikTok’s two-stage Business Messaging approval), Threads (code-complete, awaiting Meta’s App Review and business verification), real-time X DM push (built, awaiting X’s Account Activity access — X mentions, public replies and DMs work today), and LinkedIn page messaging (partner-gated by LinkedIn; LinkedIn comments and lead forms are available). Five messengers — Viber, LINE, WeChat, Zalo, Slack — run as early access, text-first, enabled with our team. Every status is published honestly on the channels page.
AI & Wiz
The AI questions
Wiz is retrieval-first: it answers from your knowledge sources and shows which ones it used. In "sources-only" mode it refuses to answer anything outside your content. Low-confidence answers trigger a human handoff instead of a guess.
You do. Your knowledge base, conversations and contacts belong to your workspace. Data export is self-serve, deletion workflows are built in, and your content is never used to train models for other customers.
No — deliberately. Wiz is a customer-communication assistant that talks about your business on your channels. That focus keeps it accurate, keeps your costs predictable, and keeps you compliant with messaging platforms' policies on AI providers.
Yes, per conversation and per rule. AI can be on for everything, only for out-of-hours, only for certain channels or departments — and any agent can mute or resume Wiz on a single conversation with one click.
Security & data
The trust questions
Each workspace’s data is isolated with row-level security enforced by the PostgreSQL database itself, on top of application-level checks. Access is protected with two-factor authentication, and inbound/outbound webhooks are signature-verified.
ConnectWiz ships GDPR tooling (consent, export, verified deletion), Turkish KVKK compliance workflows and İYS integration for permission-based marketing. For industry-specific requirements, contact us and we’ll walk through your compliance checklist together.
Customers can request deletion through the widget or you can trigger it from the panel. The workflow verifies the request, deletes across all layers — conversations, contact data, attachments — and gives you a status page to prove completion.
Every release runs a suite of 4,300+ backend tests with over 17,000 assertions, plus separate panel, mobile and end-to-end suites and static analysis — all green before anything ships. Boring, and exactly how we like it.
Roadmap
What’s next
Recently shipped: the AI voice agent (Wiz answering phone calls with speech), deal pipelines with ad-platform conversion reporting, and organizations. Next up: Threads and TikTok as their platform reviews clear, real-time X DM push, richer reporting, and deeper deal workflows. We publish honest statuses — features ship when they’re real.
Please do — early customers shape the roadmap disproportionately. Write to us with what you need and the workflow behind it; the best requests come with a story.
