ConnectWiz for TikTok
Built — in TikTok reviewTikTok support is coming. Honestly labeled, for once.
The integration is built and internally tested: DMs, comments and leads flowing into the same inbox as everything else, with a technical dossier already at submission grade. What remains is TikTok’s two-stage approval — outside our hands, and disclosed here until it clears.
What’s built
Waiting behind the approval, ready to switch on
DMs, by TikTok’s rules
Direct messages land in the shared queue with routing, history and AI answers — and the sender already enforces TikTok’s 48-hour, 10-message reply window instead of discovering it in production.
Comment triage, with hide
Comments on your videos triage by intent — buying questions to sales, issues to support — with reply and hide built against TikTok’s comment API.
Video context attached
Every DM and comment arrives knowing which video sparked it — creative performance meets conversation data, and commenters become CRM contacts with source attribution.
Leads, behind their own gate
Lead-form pull is built too — honestly noted: TikTok gates it behind a third, separate Lead Generation permission, so it ships when that clears, not before.
The real status
"Coming soon" usually means "not started". Here are our receipts.
Code: complete
DM send, comment list/reply/hide, lead pull, OAuth, webhook signature verification, token refresh and data-deletion endpoints — implemented and internally tested.
Dossier: ready
A full operator go-live runbook and a submission-grade integration document exist — the paperwork half of platform approval is done, not pending on us.
Gate 1: app review
TikTok’s developer-app approval — the shorter of the two gates, measured in days.
Gate 2: messaging review
A separate Business Messaging permission review including a data-security and privacy assessment for DM processing — TikTok’s queue, TikTok’s clock, our honesty.
Regions & rules
The map and the meter, published up front
Where it will work
TikTok’s Business Messaging beta covers Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East/Türkiye/Africa/Pakistan region and North America. The EEA, UK and Switzerland are excluded by TikTok for now — a fact worth knowing before you plan channel strategy.
The 48-hour meter
TikTok allows replies within 48 hours of a customer’s message, up to 10 messages per window — a rule our sender enforces so a violation is impossible, not just discouraged.
Same guardrails, day one
Consent, tone rules, human handoff and AI restraint apply from launch — a new channel joins the same discipline, not a beta of it.
Better together
Ready to compose the day TikTok says yes
Comments become conversations
TikTok comments will land as routed conversations with assignment, tags and history — the code path is the one YouTube and Instagram comments run today.
AI triage at TikTok scale
A video that works produces comment volume no team reads linearly. Wiz drafts replies from your content and flags what needs a human — the triage muscle the reviews desk already flexes.
Commenters join the CRM
A TikTok identity federates onto the same contact record as every other channel — the person asking about shipping under your video might already be a customer.
Flows apply from day one
Keyword routing, escalation rules and business-hours behavior are channel-agnostic flow machinery — TikTok inherits them the moment it connects.

Leave your email on the contact page and you’ll hear the day TikTok approval lands — the badge changes the same day, and not before.
Plan the regional rollout
TikTok’s business messaging opens by region — worth knowing before you promise a launch date to your own marketing team. We publish which regions are open as they open.
Be first in line when TikTok opens.
