ConnectWiz for Trendyol
Premium channelEvery product question is a sale waiting on an answer.
Trendyol shoppers ask before they buy — and three business days later the question closes for good. ConnectWiz brings your product questions into the same inbox as every other customer, drafts answers from the listing itself, and shows each shopper’s Trendyol orders and returns beside the question.
Getting on
Three values from your seller panel, and the questions start arriving
No OAuth and no approval queue: paste your Trendyol API credentials and ConnectWiz checks them live before it saves anything.
Seller ID, API key, API secret
All three sit in the Trendyol Seller Panel under Account Information → Integration Information, where the account’s main user can see them. Wrong credentials are refused on the spot, not discovered a day later.
Türkiye or international
Choose the Türkiye marketplace or the international one, and the storefronts you sell on. A seller ID connects once per market, so two teammates can’t connect the same store twice.
Bring the backlog
Import the last 7, 30 or 90 days of questions when you connect, or start from today. Unanswered ones arrive with their deadline already running.
Grouped by product
Questions arrive under the product they were asked on, so a sizing question about one shoe sits with every other question about that shoe.
The queue
Questions with a clock, answers with context
Product questions land in Comments beside your other public channels, sorted by what still needs an answer — and by how long Trendyol will still let you give one.
A deadline on every question
Each open question shows when it closes. Trendyol allows three business days and then shuts the question for good; public holidays aren’t counted, so we call the date an estimate.
Drafts from the listing itself
Wiz reads the product — title, brand, category, attributes, and every variant’s size, colour, price and stock — and drafts an answer a shopper can act on. Drafts are the default; nothing publishes itself.
Orders and returns on the contact card
Once a shopper is matched, their Trendyol orders and returns sit on the contact card: status, carrier, tracking link and estimated delivery. Read-only — managing the order stays in Trendyol.
Moderation you can see
Trendyol checks every answer before it goes live. Each one shows as awaiting approval, published or rejected — and a rejection reopens the question with Trendyol’s reason attached.
Shoppers matched to contacts
A matching phone number links a shopper to their contact automatically, and so does an order number. A match on name alone is offered as a suggestion — never applied on a guess.
Answered in the shopper’s language
On the international storefronts, Wiz drafts in the language the question was asked in — German, Arabic, Greek, Romanian and the rest.
The honest fine print
What Trendyol’s API allows — and what it doesn’t
If a tool promises to answer your Trendyol reviews or buyer messages, ask which API it uses. These are the platform’s limits, not ours.
Questions, not reviews
Trendyol has no API for product reviews or store ratings, so no outside tool can read or answer them. Buyer messages aren’t exposed either. ConnectWiz handles product questions — and says so.
Published means final
Once Trendyol publishes an answer, it can’t be edited or answered again. That is why drafts wait for a person by default.
No contact details in answers
Trendyol rejects answers that contain phone numbers, email addresses, links or social media handles. Wiz is told not to write them and strips any that slip through; every answer must be 10 to 2,000 characters.
Polling, every five minutes
There is no webhook for questions, so we check every five minutes. Orders sync on the same cycle, with Trendyol’s order webhook as an optional fast path; returns every fifteen minutes.
Repeated rejections close a question
If Trendyol keeps rejecting answers for banned words, it closes the question for good. The reason is shown on the question, so the next draft can avoid it.
Less personal data, on purpose
Turkish ID and tax numbers that come with an order are discarded, and Wiz never sees a street address.
The marketplace playbook
Answering product questions that sell
Closest deadline first
A question two days old is a sale about to walk away. Work the queue by time left, not by order of arrival, and nothing expires unanswered.
Write for everyone who reads it
Your answer stays on the product page under the question. The shopper who asked is one reader; everyone who lands on the page after them is the rest. A specific, honest answer sells the next ten.
Turn repeat questions into listing fixes
When the same question keeps coming — fit, material, what’s in the box — tag it. The answer belongs in the listing, and the tag shows you which listing.
Better together
Your marketplace desk, with every other channel beside it
Questions beside conversations
Trendyol questions live in the same inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram and email. The agent who answers a shopper on WhatsApp sees that shopper’s Trendyol orders on the same contact card.
Reviews, where reviews are open
Google Business, App Store and Google Play reviews run in the same Comments desk — one triage habit for every public question about you.
One drafting voice
Wiz drafts from the same knowledge base on Trendyol and every other channel — your tone doesn’t fork per marketplace.
